Our parent pay option has been developed after in-depth consultation with our partner schools and parents. Parent Pay offers a risk and admin free option for those schools that whish to use it. Payment is taken, for each term in advance directly from parents via our online payment portal. All registers, attendance, parental questions and other administrative issues are dealt with by Fighting Fit. All we ask of the school is to distribute a booking form and information (preferably by email) directly to all school parents once per term.
Parent Pay also ensures that there is no financial risk or costs for the school. Any matters regarding late payment or refunds are always managed by us, all school office staff are already busy enough, our parent pay option will ensure that our classes create almost no extra work for them.
For parents, the simplicity and ease of use will ensure that they can relax in the knowledge that once their child’s class is booked and paid for, their place is secure for the rest of the term. Parents will also be pleased to note that our Parent Pay system will give them priority booking. This will ensure all pupils who wish to continue with their fencing at their school club will be given the first option to reserve a place a week or so prior to the remaining places being filled by newcomers.
School that would prefer to organise payment via their own in house system will be invoiced every half term for the sessions that have taken place in the 6 weeks previously. Payment can be taken via direct bank transfer or cheque.
School pay gives the school the complete freedom to decide if their charges will be passed onto the parents and at what price per child. Some schools like to offer a subsidised session for their pupils leaving a minimal balance for the parents to pay for. While other schools may have received funding to ensure they are able to offer sports suited to their pupils.
